The data center operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is backed by emergency battery power supplies (UPS). The center is also air-conditioned and has a high security monitoring system to ensure a secure location to house all of your critical telecommunication facilities.
We support connection to the KDDI International IP-VPN service in addition to domestic telecommications network service carriers in the Philippines with a “carrier-neutral” environment.

The facility is built specifically for use as a data center and has a strong earthquake protection capability.

The center has a top level redundant power supply as well as air conditioning. In the Philippines, the facility operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Prepared for Emergencies and Disasters
Generators are set to ensure continuous operation in case of emergency or disaster conditions. Furthermore, the center offers the most advanced facility for alarm and fire suppression.
High Security System, Security Precautions
As accesss control measures, we have implemented swipe card and biometric authentication systems. Furthermore, video surveillance cameras are located in the colocation room and at other strategic locations throughout the building. Security experts on are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Additionally, the data center is ISO 27001(ISMS)* certified. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 is the International Standard for Information Security Management Systems which was issued on Oct. 2005 officially.
Carrier-Neutral Facilities
Our data center is a carrier-neutral data center which means that in addition to supporting PLDT network connection, we also offer connection to other carriers' networks. Furthermore, through the Meet-Me Room it is possible to connect with different carriers.

We provide network application support as well as network connection construction not only for the KDDI International IP-VPN circuit but also for domestic telecommunications carriers' circuits including PLDT, Globe, ETPI, Bayantel, Digitel, e-MVI (e-Meralco) etc.
Operation & Maintenance Services
We provide remote hand service (Power ON/OFF, checking of LED status of customer equipment as a default services already included in the co-location package) as first stage maintenance and also various operation & maintenance services like monitoring, reporting and operation support of customer equipment as customer’s requirement.
