KDDI’s Factory IoT is a unified solution that uses cloud-stored data from sensors installed on your factory production lines to enable not only real-time monitoring, but also data analysis, problem detection and error prediction.

The Factory IoT Visualization course is a solution aimed at production line monitoring. Using sensor data stored on a cloud, this course enables real-time production line monitoring and post-creation of reports.

Simple Analysis option
Creates an analysis model from data obtained from sensors. When the analysis model shows abnormalities in measured data, alert notifications are sent, allowing quick detection of approaching equipment failures.

Advanced Analysis (AI) option
The created analysis model continually has its parameters tuned by AI depending on feedback provided by customers. As the analysis engine is improved, it becomes more accurate at predicting equipment failures.
